2. We Audit Your Account Before We Meet
You grant us read-only Klaviyo access. We pull benchmarks, review every flow, check authentication records, and sample your last 30 days of campaign sends. No homework on your end. If you'd rather not grant access, we can do a live screen-share audit instead and you keep your hands on the keyboard.
3. Live Walkthrough
On the call we screen-share the audit, prioritize the gaps by revenue impact, and answer your questions. You'll leave the call with a clear sense of what's working, what isn't, and what each gap is roughly worth in revenue.
4. You Get the Written Recap
Within 48 hours of the call we send a written summary with the prioritized punch list and screenshots from your account. Use it however you want—fix it in-house, hand it to your current agency, or talk to us about building it. There's no automatic next step.

Is the audit actually free?
Yes. There's no fee, no card, no obligation. We run a small number of these each week because they're how we find the brands that make sense for us to work with. If we're not a fit, we'll say so and point you toward what you actually need.
How much time do I need to put in?
About 35 minutes total: a 5-minute intake form, the 30-minute live session, and 5 minutes to grant read-only Klaviyo access beforehand. We do the audit work on our end before the call.
Do I need to give you full Klaviyo access?
Read-only access is enough. We don't make changes to your account during the audit. If you're not comfortable with that, we can do a live screen-share walkthrough instead and you keep control of your account the entire time.
What if I'm already working with another agency?
That's fine and pretty common. A second set of eyes is often what surfaces the gaps your current team has stopped seeing. We won't trash-talk anyone—you get the audit, you decide what to do with it.
What if my main problem is deliverability, not strategy?

Do you only work with Klaviyo brands?
Klaviyo is our primary platform and where we go deepest. We also work with Postscript for SMS. If you're on Mailchimp, Omnisend, or another platform, we can still run the audit—but our build recommendations will usually include a migration to Klaviyo if your revenue justifies it.
What happens after the audit?
